40B Permit Application Submitted to Lexington ZBA

Causeway Development has submitted its 40B Comprehensive Permit application to the Town of Lexington Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA). The ZBA will review the application along with our supporting documents, including our traffic and stormwater studies, to determine if our project can continue to move forward. If approved, we will be issued a permit to build our 40-unit multifamily development to serve the affordable housing needs of Lexington. On Thursday November 13, 2025 at 7:00pm, via Zoom, there will be a public hearing to allow community members to ask questions and make comments on our project.
