PEL Application Public Comment Period Is Open
Causeway Development has submitted its Public Eligibility Letter Application to the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) for determination of project eligibility, under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, for our proposed 40-unit multifamily affordable housing development on Lowell Street (Parcel 68-44). The Public Comment Period is currently open, and the deadline has been extended to Friday, July 25, 2025 to allow more time for comments.
Lexington community members who would like to comment on this project should reach out to the Town of Lexington Select Board before this deadline - selectboard@lexingtonma.gov. The Select Board will provide a comment letter to the EOHLC, and along with their letter, they will provide any public comments received before 9am on July 25, 2025.
