Thank you for attending our second Community Meeting on Monday, April 28. Again, we really appreciate the feedback to help shape this project, and your support to bring more affordable housing to Lexington.

Next Steps:

  • Continue to study traffic and how to improve safety at the intersection of North and Lowell Streets

  • Complete tree survey

  • Continue to design stormwater infiltration system

  • Reach out to the abutter South of the site

  • Re-examine site design and improve where necessary

  • Have discussions with the Town of Lexington regarding pedestrian connectivity
